Pamulinawen Festival
LAOAG CITY
The festival is in honor of the feast day of Laoag Patron Saint, St. William The Hermit which it is being celebrated every Feb. 10. The festival is also a floral parade and street dancing festival.

Guling-guling Festival
Paoay
It happens yearly in month of February. It is a traditional occasion that it held before ash Wednesday. It was introduced by the Spanish friars in the 16th century during the olden days of the Spanish regime. In this festival there are different attractions which is the dance parade, ulnas parade and duldol.

Bac-bacarra Festival
Bacarra
The festival serves as the revival and preservation of their cultural heritage. It is also in honor of their Patron Saint Andrew The Fisherman. The main highlight of the festival was their street dancing in which it shows the history of the town and fishing.

Empanada Festival
Batac City
The festival features the process of making Empanada which is their famous product. This is also n honor of the feast of the Immaculate Concepcion. The activities during this festival are the parade of floats, Street dancing and Showdown that is held a kilometer stretch in the city.

Mannalon Festival
Marcos
Marcos is rich in agriculture and farming is the primary occupation thus this festival is to take pride of the town’s farmers. This festival also use to promote their products and a way of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.

Panag-abuos Festival
Banna
It was celebrated during 1st to 3rd of April. The art of ant harvesting is shown through street dancing around town. “Abuos” is an exotic delicacy of the residents. This event coincides with their town fiesta.

Ani festival
Dingras
This is a yearly event in the municipality of Dingras. This festival servers as their thanksgiving for a bountiful land and abundant harvest. Activities include Thanksgiving mass, dance parade featuring ethnic dances of Dingras, dance competition, food fest and many more.

La Milagrosa Festival(Bado-Badoc)
Badoc
This was a yearly event. This festival was to give tribute to their adopted Patron, La Virgen Milagrosa of Badoc. The town promote its products made up of corn husks and Bad-bado grass which is indigenous in its riverbanks.

Dinaklisan Festival
Currimao
This was celebrated on the last week of April to first week of May. The Dinaklisan Festival in Currimao, Ilocos Norte is traditional thanksgiving by local fishermen for a bountiful harvest. People come together for the float parade, street dancing and the coronation of the town’s loveliest maiden among others.
